N.O.Y.E.E.K. Is an American underground Emcee lyricist. Born Keeyon James Raspberry spent many years as a Chef while creating HipHop music. Given the name Grizzly Bear by a friend (Ocine”Phowlmough” Walker Noyeek coming from his birth name backwards, influenced by Trugoy of
De La Soul flipping Yogurt. Noyeek chose to shorten the Nane many peers know him as Grizz. Noyeek has been a part of the DMV’s underground scene. Gifted Ingenuity, Rough Draft, Infinite Loop, The Package, A.R.K. now Meridian. These are the collectives & groups that are the history & development of who is Noyeek. Noyeek released two solid solo albums Face Crunch, & Eartertainment. Along with group albums The Package- New Golden Era, A.R.K. Trials Tribulations & Triumph Meridians- Meridian Is Here Working on a new music with Meridian. Also another solo project. Noyeek has built a strong catalog of music & over 15 videos. Performing all over America recently coming back from Kampala Uganda. Noyeek is definitely name that the culture of HIpHop should celebrate.

Noyeek the Grizzly Bear, born Keeyon James Raspberry, interestingly, spent many years as a professional chef while creating and performing with his Infinite Loop crew in the mid-90s.
Originally given the moniker "Grizzly Bear" by a friend due to the depth of grit in his thunderous voice, the first part of his stage name, "Noyeek", is actually his birth name backwards, a nod to one of his early influences in the late Trugoy the Dove of De La Soul.
Noyeek has been a part of the DMV’s underground scene since the 90s. As a key member of groups like "Gifted Ingenuity", "Rough Draft", "Infinite Loop", "The Package", "A.R.K.", and now Meridian, Noyeek has always explored the depths of his artistry with his brothers by his side. These collectives and groups are the DNA of who Noyeek has always been: a good man that other good men can count on.
Noyeek released two solid solo albums: "Face Crunch", and "Eartertainment" and has featured in over 15 videos. Beyond the group albums, "The Package: New Golden Era", "A.R.K.: Trials Tribulations & Triumph", "Meridians: Meridian Is Here", Noyeek, called "Grizz" by all fam, is hard at work on a new Meridian album and is in the early stages of a new solo project. Grizz has a long touring history in the U.S., but recently, and finally, made it overseas in an eye-opening visit to Kampala, Uganda in Africa with his brothers.
